Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
As each item is individually embroidered and made to order it can take 1-3 weeks to
complete an order. Every effort is made to have orders finished and
shipped within 5-10 days or sooner.
Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders will
come with tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99.
All orders over $75.00 will receive free shipping. Expedited shipping can
be added for an additional charge. We will not be responsible for any loss or
damage that may occur.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our orders are made to order which means no refunds will be offered for any reason except damaged items or incorrect order. If an damaged item is received, please save the item and contact us for replacement or refund. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded, but will not be charged on replacement items. Notification should be made within 5 business days of arrival.
